Located on Deer Ridge just above beautiful Christina Lake, my vision is to have small sized classes for a personalised experience usually only found in private sessions but in a community setting at an affordable rate. I’ve been studying and practising yoga and the philosophies as a Yoga Instructor since 2014. Today, I am grateful to share with you what I have learned. Welcome

My Classes

Designed For You

Yin is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that targets your deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia and ligaments. 

In Yin Yoga, we hold mostly floor based passive poses for anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes to work into connective tissues.

Yin  can lead beautifully to one of the least known and underappreciated practices of yoga known as Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is composed of a series of breath, body and awareness practices that help move you into progressive states of relaxation - of non-doing. It is said that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as 3 hours of sleep. A practice to help you sleep better, neutraliser excess stress, restore peace, relaxation and rejuvenation. Yoga Nidra sessions will be offered in the fall of 2023.

You can expect slow, deep stretches and meditation in our Yin classes  that help balance and strengthen your body, mind and spirit.

Yin Yoga with Elizabeth

Soft and flexible

Small class size allows for a rich, personalised experiences of Yin Yoga. A range of quality props are available for modifications and support to allow your body to gently open. Cultivate your inner awareness as you calm your mind and nervous system and focus on your breath. Yin may be subtle practices but the benefits are profound.
Classes have a maximum of 6 participants.
